Deep Tissue Massages

Deep tissue massages are some of our most requested massages, Our massage therapists will tackle all of the problem areas to your choosing.

Medical Massage

Medical Massages are perfect for those who have health conditions that require special attention, but not to worry, Cesar can handle that for you. Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem the patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment.

Sports Massage

Some of the top injuries come from sports or yoga incidents, if that's you're case, you're in luck! Cesar's got your back (literally). Book your appointment with him to help resolve your issue. Think of a sports massage as the more focused sibling of a deep tissue massage. The two massages are similar – firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body.

Myofascial Release

Massages like these aren't too common, but when needed, you'll be glad you chose Belmonte's Therapeutic Massage to tackle that for you. Myofascial release is an alternative medicine therapy claimed to be useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

TMJ Massage

Marked by pain and stiffness in the jaw, face, and neck, TMJ affects the temporomandibular joint, which connects your jaw to the side of your skull. By using massage on the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint, TMJ patients may be able to lessen pain and ease TMJ symptoms.

Trigger Point Massage

Trigger point massage focuses on releasing trigger points, which are small, tight knots that develop in muscles that may even cause pain in other areas of the body (an effect known as “referral pain”).

Lymphatic Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of massage based on the hypothesis that it will encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
